Getting together with this great couple was a wonderful way to spend Family Day! 

I loved watching them interact with each other and witnessing the love that they share.  It is so special – and their excitement about this baby is evident. They seem to be all set and are even managing a trip to Vancouver before this baby is born!

Laura is absolutely beautiful and seriously has the most perfect baby belly : )

I can’t wait to photograph this little one in a few weeks!

I would like to introduce you to the latest little beauty….Coraline. What a beautiful name she has! 

I had the joy of meeting baby Coraline and her parents last week as we discussed and designed this shoot and then got together again to make it happen.  She did such an amazing job being a little model and was often awake and very expressive.  Editing this shoot made me smile as her expressions often changed. I loved seeing the tenderness and uncontained love that was in her parents eyes as they gazed upon her and to see her so in awe of the world around her.

To look upon new parents (and grandparents) whom are so enamored with this little beauty and all of her delicate little details is simply a reminder of how precious children are and how they are to be treasured and cherished.

The Fort McMurray Christmas Shopping Market took place at the Syncrude Sports & Wellness Center this past weekend and I was excited to have Uncontained Photography be a part of it!

What fun it was to meet so many fantastic people and to introduce them to my company and work!

A special thanks goes to Sheri, Jennifer and Erin for taking the time on a FREEZING weekend (temps were -30 to -40C) to come and help me with the booth….not to mention my wonderful husband for all of his help and for always having a warm car ready and waiting!

I don’t really know what to say about the Playford family – other than they make me smile!  I have absolutely loved spending time with them, getting to know them and doing their family pictures.  The love that they have for one another is so apparent and it is wonderful!  The children were outstanding as they were…well….amazing!  They were respectful, polite, cooperative, understanding and took direction wonderfully.  This was all while we were getting eaten alive by swarms of mosquitoes!

I am so excited about their upcoming addition to the family and can’t wait to photograph the newest Playford!
